The Intervention Line for Suicide is the National Organisation for the Prevention and Handling of suicides in Greece. When we approached by the managers of the Organisation, what at first glance we realized was the fact that the severity of work they do and their actions, didn’t reflected in the medium through which directly involved getting informed and seeking help. This tool is their Website of the Day Centre.
We focused on inventory of the needs that exist and we started designing a new website, much more functional, with clear fields of action and direct action by users, people at risk or surroundings of these persons.
Alongside the Website implementation, we undertook the Implementation of a Digital Library too, just to inform the world and the wider scientific community, consisted of Research, Statistics, Documents, Literature, Guides.
For best results, considered as necessary by Hellas Marketing, to redefine lot of information on the way of electronic functionality for both the website and the Digital Library. Main points that redefined are:

Graphical Representation of Statistics related to suicides
Online Appointment with Day Centre
Ability to Inform for Scheduled Events
Transition to Google Apps for Business, for using Google’s key applications for this Company such as Administrative Email, Calendar etc.
From a first Feedback we have received, we see that all those radical changes, help more effective in daily base the Day Center as well the people who seek for help.
